I am a fourth-year student from Jacksonville, Florida, working towards a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Art History at the University of Florida. Outside of graphic design, I have completed significant coursework in educational studies, combining my knowledge of both subjects to focus on developing visually based methods for more accessible learning. I am interested in environmental and experiential graphic design, studying how people take in visual stimuli and utilizing this knowledge to design engaging easy-to-understand solutions.

After graduation, I plan to pursue a career as an environmental graphic designer. In addition to my design work, I create 2D and 3D work that discusses concepts related to my experience as a first-generation American. I have used printmaking and sculptural techniques to explore my multi-ethnic identity and its intersection with society.
I am currently a Visual Design Intern with Ralph Appelbaum Associates, where I assisted in conceptual development and graphic identity for various museums and exhibitions. I also contributed to internal branding and marketing assets, such as slide decks and icon sets for client presentations.
In Spring 2024, I was selected as the Digital Solutions Intern at the Harn Museum of Art in the Museum Technology department. During this internship, I led a signage project in which I designed graphics and templates to present upcoming events and create accessible ways for patrons to interact with wayfinding displays. Through the internship, I collaborated with different departments to design new content that follows the museum’s branding guidelines and visual identity. Additionally, I am applying my design skills beyond graphic elements to solve a technology and experience-based problem.
I currently serve as the Executive Director for TEDxUF, overseeing team organization, communication, and recruitment. I am also one of the co-chairs for Ligature 34 where I led the planning for the UF’s 34th annual Ligature Design Symposium, including developing event branding, leading the design of the exhibition space, and recruiting keynote speaker Ellen Lupton.
Additionally, I have worked for The Independent Florida Alligator, designing graphics for print and digital publications. My work has included multiple full-page cover graphics for their notable New Student Editions for the summer and fall semesters. I also have a commitment to student life on campus and serve as a student ambassador for UF’s School of Art and Art History, where I assist incoming students in adapting to student life.
In my spare time, I like reading, hanging out with my dog, and exploring the local restaurant scene with family and friends.
